Here's your design with finishing effects. We went with an authentic calfskin texture for the background. The statues have been changed to gold. The flag has a woven texture, and the belt has a slight leather-grain. All the metallic elements are smooth, with subdued highlights, except the outer knotwork, which has a grainy texture. The "EST." type appears to be carved into the buckle.The previous version is at the bottom.
