Here's your design with the 3D effects, and some closeups that show the detail. The elements of the Huntington Beach logo have been brightened and polished. The belt buckles, belt trim, maltese trim and "Local" texts match these colors more closely, bringing the design together. The belt has a mild leather texture, and the letters in "Firefighters" have been lifted over the belt. Most remaining elements have been embossed, and drop shadows have been added throughout.
