Here's the finished file. The badge now has a beveled look, with a subtle backlight to lift it off the black background. The shamrock is more rounded, there is a "rocky" texture on the orange county, and a very subtle texture has been added to the white background. The lettering is done in a smooth gold, with bevel and drop shadow. The ropes have a rounded shade. The colors are rich and warm, with striking color contrasts...a great looking design!
