Here's your design with finishing effects, and some closeups for detail. Some colors, particulalrly the greens, appear a bit dull and will be more vibrant on the finished drumhead. All elements have been embellished to give a metallic feel to the piece. The outside lettering has a green metallic emboss, subtle but blending nicely with the silver letters. The maltese was set to a brushed texture; the NewHampshire background texture just didn't look right for a metallic effect. The flag is brighter, and the musicians have an emboss and glow that helps them stand out in front of the flag. "Local 935" is brighter to make it stand out over the maltese metal.
