Here's one other layout, which is a synthesis of the previous two. The thistle is the larger sized, and we've retained the block text at the bottom, with the larger "40th" large on the right. Also, we brightened the glow around "Silver Thistle" so it would stand out more from the tartan. Remo crown screened back at the bottom.
