Here's your design with finishing effects. A couple of very minor structural changes: the tartan is more centered, and the "Pipes & Drums" lettering was reset to fit the banner a little better. The outside lettering and the center scramble have a similar gold texture, while maintaining the red outline on the outer letters. The "Pipes" banner has a very subtle discoloration texture, with the lettering now in polished gold. The scramble letters have been intertwined, and cast a more distant dropshadow on the brushed green background. The belt has a leather texture, and all the hardware has a metallic gold treatment. Subtle shadows have been applied to the tartan. Other effects have been applied where appropriate.
