Here's your design with finishing effects, and some closeups for detail. The center flag has been made to look like it's under a diffused glass. The gold lettering and maltese trim are now in a rough gold, and the maltese petals have a weathered texture. The pipes and drums have been embossed, with the tassel of the bagpipes casting a great shadow on the maltese trim. All the letters, and the IAFF logo, have been given depth behind their gold inlay. The maltese trim has a center spine that runs throughout.
